The Story of Chinese Zodiac
Hm...Chinese Zodiac sounds familiar, isn't it?
Did you remember when someone ask a question: what is your animal sign? Aha...someone might trying to find out your age or your personality.
Some people believed that someone's year of birth that represented by certain animal has great influences to the person character, personality, fortune and even destiny.
Indeed the 12 animal signs are becoming popular in the world, not just for Chinese people but almost everyone.
These animals inspired Clayitnow to create salt dough craft.
There are many stories told in Chinese family about the beginning of the zodiac.
One story said it was a time when Budda about to depart from the earth and calling all the animals to bid him farewell but only 12 animals appeared.
So the 12 animals received an honor because the years were then named after them following their arrival time upon the call.
